How to transform your brain function from looking like a crumpled sheet of paper to a juicy melon:
Sleep a lot more. Lack of sleep restricts blood flow to the brain, which starves it of oxygen and inhibits toxin removal.
Lose weight. The heavier the body, the smaller the brain. Body weight and brain size are conversely related. Think dinosaurs?
Stop hitting your head. No boxing or American football or slapping challenge, please. It causes physical trauma to the brain. Duh.
Eat clean. Toxins toxify the brain. Cut alcohol, grease, sugar, drugs, plastics, additives, synthetics, environmental pollutants.
Eliminate the ANTs in your mind. Automatic Negative Thoughts destroy the brain. There is an energy-matter connection. The brain becomes as the mind thinks. Thus we advocate setting your mind on things above. Until it becomes automatic.
Because Automatic Positive Thoughts are more APT for your survival and thriving. /rimshot
Practise mindfulness until it's automatic then practise mindfulness to keep it automatic.

Sleep all night. Lose the belly. Don't knock your head. Eat clean. Mind your thoughts.
