Experts have been talking about the digitalisation of commerce and remote working for a long time, but most people can't be bothered to make the change as long as everything's going on as usual.

The lockdowns have merely pushed to the extreme, a megatrend that's already been happening for two decades: People are increasingly working and living off the internet.
