In the California gold rush, many people got rich.
Some prospectors found rich veins of gold.
Some prospectors found hardly anything.
All shovel and pickax sellers made money.
In this internet e-commerce gold rush, you can be a prospector and make a tonne of money selling wolf-themed mugs. (Or not.)
But you can definitely make a respectable, regular income selling the tools of the trade.
